Pool Passes/ID cards
All Pool Only members who are paid in full as of May 1, will have their passes mailed to them with their May statement. Each family gets two passes with all children listed. If you have paid in full and do not receive your passes by May 8th, please call the PRC Pro Shop. If you have not paid in full, the passes can be picked up at the PRC Pro Shop (after you pay) by an adult only. You can also pick them up at the pool on Opening Day. All family tennis members will be sent two passes and single tennis members will be sent one pass. Anyone beyond 30 days past due will not be issued passes until their account is cleared.
Reminders regarding pool passes
• Only an adult can pick up passes.
• ID cards must be shown at the pool everyday you swim all summer.
• All children who show up without an ID card will either be sent home or will have to get their parents to bring them one.
• There is a $10.00 charge for lost cards.
• Any members who are caught giving their passes to non-members will have their membership terminated.
Due to the problems that have occurred in the past, these rules will be strictly enforced. We greatly appreciate the cooperation of the majority of our members.
